Gelatissimo Brand Expression & Tone of Voice

With a prolific maturing business operating outlets worldwide, Gelatissimo engaged the Houston team with the shared understanding of brand as so much more than a logo.

As such, Houston challenged me as a writer to use the Gelatissimo rebrand as a platform to establish a clear articulation of who Gelatissimo is, what they say, and how they say it; allowing Gelatissimo’s customers, partners, community and staff to engage with the brand’s core offer and range; and strengthen the its reputation - redefining Gelatissimo’s purpose and role, enabling others to tell their story.

Houston’s new Gelatissimo brand expression was a celebration of flavour and fun. The brand positioning ‘Flavour Obsessed’ supported by voice pillars ‘Spark all the Senses’, ‘Surprise and Delight’ and ‘Leave a Good Aftertaste’ established a rich and enticing creative territory for my writing to celebrate Gelatissimo’s sense of experimental innovation, decadence and freshness in a fun and engaging way – determined to delight gelato lovers all over the world!
