Alongside the evolution of the brand, experience, facilities and venue offering has been a staged digital upgrade designed to angage and resonate with locals, instate visitors and international travellers alike, positioning the resort as Townsville’s gateway to the best offer of the region.

My scope has included digital experience, design and content for desktop and mobile website, smartphone app and pre-arrival edm suite.
